Vert

Vert is a self-hosted web application that converts files between formats, covering images, documents, audio, and video with hundreds of supported input formats. Most conversions run inside the browser using WebAssembly so nothing is uploaded, while heavier video work is delegated to a companion FFmpeg daemon that can sit on the same host.

Teams use it to turn scanned documents into PDF, re-encode media for archiving, and avoid handing sensitive files to a public conversion site.

Deploying it on your own infrastructure keeps every file on your infrastructure, removes the upload limits and conversion quotas of hosted tools, and lets you back up the container and its configuration with everything else.
