Rallly

Rallly is a scheduling poll tool that removes the email back-and-forth of finding a meeting time. You propose a handful of options, share one link, and participants vote without creating an account; the results appear in a grid that shows the best slot, with automatic time zone conversion, comments and a finalise step that notifies everyone.

Teams and friend groups use it to settle calls, interviews and workshops quickly, and a self-hosted instance keeps poll links and responses on your own infrastructure.

On your own server the responses stay internal, there is no seat-based price to pay, and the database and attachments are yours to back up.
