Gogs
A deliberately small, self-hosted Git service in the style of the earliest GitHub clones, offering repositories, branches, pull requests, issues, wiki pages and webhooks behind a simple interface. It stays out of the way compared with heavier forges, which makes it comfortable on a modest box or an older NAS, and it runs happily on SQLite for small setups.
It suits individuals, study groups and small teams who want to mirror their own repositories and get pull requests without running a full platform.
Keeping it on your own machine means the working history of your projects belongs to you, a backup is a copy of the repository folder, and adding people costs nothing.
