A document organiser that takes the pile of files from scanners, email, and downloads and gives it structure without asking you to build folder hierarchies by hand. Incoming files are read with OCR, converted into searchable PDF, and analysed for correspondents, dates, and tags that you can then approve, and everything is reachable through full-text search backed by Solr or PostgreSQL.

Families and small offices use it for invoices, contracts, warranties, and tax paperwork.

Running it on your own server keeps those private records local; because the data sits in a SQL database and files, backup and restore are straightforward.
