Bitwarden
Bitwarden stores logins, secure notes and payment details in an encrypted vault that syncs across browsers, desktop and mobile clients. Encryption happens on the client: a key derived from your master password protects the data, and neither the master password nor the decrypted contents ever reach the server, which only holds ciphertext.
Individuals save site credentials once and fill them anywhere, while organizations use shared vaults and group folders to hand out team logins with role based access.
Self-hosting keeps the vault on hardware you control and avoids the per-user SaaS subscription; back up the database to make migration easier.
